We aim to fulfill orders within seven working days - although often, it will be sooner. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the normal delivery period, we will contact you as soon as we know.

At Hunnybums we try to re-use packaging wherever possible so your order may turn up in a previously used envelope or box — please feel free to recycle again!
If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund or exchange provided that you do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at to arrange for the return. The item(s) must be returned in its original, saleable condition and in its original packaging. You will have to pay for the return postage.
On receipt of the returned item we will issue a full refund or exchange.
If you buy a large number of nappies that you have not tried before please just WASH AND TRY ONE. We cannot refund washed/pre-washed nappies unless they are faulty. Faults caused by acting outside the manufacturer's recommendations cannot be considered for refund/exchange.
Damaged/Faulty Goods & Errors
If a product you purchase from us is damaged, faulty or received in error, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at to make the arrangements. To return an item, please enclose a note giving your name, address and the reason for the return and pack the item(s) securely.
Please inspect all goods upon receipt because any damage or errors must be notified to Hunnybums within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or errors will be considered after this period. If the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, when signing to accept delivery, you should write 'Box damaged' on the delivery record.
In the event of a refund for faulty goods or errors, we will refund the original delivery charges and the cost of returning the goods.
In the event of an exchange for faulty goods or errors, we will pay for the return postage and the additional cost of delivering the replacement goods but we will not refund the original delivery charges.
